Ok, so I see this tool offered for a while from SolarWinds “ Call Detail Record Tracker” (CDRT) then recently got an update email stating its now version 2. So I figured its time to see if its worth using.
So far, if I send my CDR data from Cisco Unified Communications Manager to an external FTP/SFTP server I can connect through the CDRT, but I can’t seem to connect directly to CUCM and see the CDR info.
My question is this:
Have you been able to connect directly to CUCM v7/8/9? If Yes, how?
It would be awesome to connect directly to CUCM or CME and pull directly without needing a FTP in-betweener requiring additional server resources or something.
