Before we started using solarwinds Web Help Desk, I was handling all the service calls and IT requests for the entire company in a paper notebook. Trying to go back even a few days and find information was cumbersome or impossible.
- Which SolarWinds product(s) saved your bacon?
Web Help Desk saved our Bacon. I found it easy to setup and navigate and had all the features I was looking for.
- Did you consider other options, and why did you choose SolarWinds?
Before settling on Web Help Desk I tried out a dozen or more different options. (MHelp, Hesk, Trackit, manage engine service desk plus, zendesk, freshdesk, sysaid, kayako, off the top of my head.) None of them fit the bill.
- How has life been since you've rolled out SolarWinds in your environment?
It's been 10 months since I began using it and I know I would never go back to the paper method. Also I haven't found anything that works better for our needs than Web Help Desk.
