We have had WHD for about a month and have it setup fairly functional. One issue is the serial number category (which pulls the Dell Service Tags) is duplicating every entry twice. We have a ticket open for this and we have sent many log files to the technicians, I was just wondering if anyone else experienced/is experiencing this? Just curious how unique of a situation this is.
