Where is NPM Node Management?

Hi, we are trying to give NPM/NCM node management to IT group and would like to know of there is any logs if a node is deleted.  I know after upgrading to NCM 7.3 the NPM and NCM databases merge. If this log exists, would the logs contains these information?  I appreciate any help since it's critical to know this info.  Best,
