Hi,
We are running SAM Orion Platform 2014.1.0, SAM 6.1.0, IPAM 4.1, NPM 10.7, IVIM 1.9.0.
We have 3 W2K8 R2 servers running Unidata 7.2. I set up application monitors to monitor the 6 Unidata Windows services that run on these 3 servers. The services are:
Uni RPC Service
UniData Database Service 7.2
UniData NFA Server 7.2
UniData ObjectCall Server 7.2
UniData Telnet Service 7.2
UniData Terminal Server 7.2
When I follow the instructions Creating New Templates Using the Browsing Method, the services I want to monitor are not available to choose.
When I am working in the "Manage Assigned Component Monitors" section in Solarwinds, and select the above component monitors, then click "Create New Template", it results in the following error:

I am at a loss how to proceed. I would rather set up alerts for on application, rather than for 9 monitors. The Unidata template available on Thwack does not work, and is for the wrong version of Unidata as well.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
