Need a baseline system monitor template with alerts

Hello,

Pretty new to SolarWinds and I've been working on getting a custom template setup to monitor 4 basic stats from our Windows servers. Anyways I'm a little lost as I've been reading and browsing through the forum. So, I would like to monitor the 4 basics below, and get alerts when a limit is reached.

1. System Up/Down

2. Disk Space - Warn >85%, >Alert 90%

3. CPU Usage - warn >80% for 1 minutes, Alert >95% for 1 minutes

4. Physical Memory Available - Warn >85% , Aleart >95%

I've found this article and created a component - Universal Monitoring and Alerting on free space for all logical disks across all servers

I'm just lost how to combine all of these together along with alerts for them. Also take this template at make it apply to all servers within a group.
