Help on creating daily reports of avgs and peaks of traffic on a web server

We have a new webserver and I have added it's interface to Solarwinds, and am monitoring https on it.  I want to make a daily report for hourly averages and peaks of traffic on it's interface.  And then, in a perfect world have it automatically sent to an email address every week.  Any help is greatly appreciated!!
