Hello,
I have a number of systems in different groups and I'm monitoring compenents and triggering alerts on critcal events. When an alert comes in we will recieve an email and a page to our cell phones. One of the groups being monitored is our QA systems, we want to continue to monitor the systems but we don't really want to be alerted when someone on the QA team is doing testing and triggers an alert. Is there a way that I can continue to monitor the QA systems, but exclude the systems from alerting?
